• Jodi joined Watson Jacobs McCreary as an associate lawyer in 2017 after completing her articles with the firm. Her practice includes the areas of labour law, employment law, human rights law, professional regulation, and other areas of administrative law. Jodi holds J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, Jodi graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.While attending law school, Jodi was a copy editor of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues and a teaching assistant for the first-year Comparative Canadian and American Legal Research and Writing course. She also completed internships at the Washtenaw Public Defender’s Office and the Detroit Center for Family Advocacy and was a student volunteer for the Windsor Refugee Sponsorship Support Program.
