Mr. McCreary’s practice focuses on representing trade unions before the OLRB, boards of arbitration and all levels of courts in Ontario. He is also council to a number of multi-employer pension and benefit plans and has been a pension plan trustee. Mike is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Labour Law and is regularly on Lexperts list of recommended union side labour lawyers. Mike is a frequent speaker on labour topics at educational conferences in Canada and the United States and has written several articles and papers. Mike also has been sought after to comment on labour related issues in publications such as the Law Times. In 2011 Mike was featured in Leaside Life for community volunteering.
