Roberto Walcott

Roberto is an associate lawyer with the firm. His practice areas include labour law, employment law, human rights law, and administrative law.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Roberto practised as an Employment Lawyer serving low-income workers in Hamilton, Niagara, Stratford, and Brantford regions.

Roberto holds a J.D. from Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, earned his B.A. with a specialization in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Political Studies from Wilfred Laurier University. At law school, Roberto also represented low-income clients at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic.
