Caitlin Miller

Caitlin is a partner with the firm. Her practice areas include labour, employment, human rights law and administrative law.

Caitlin was called to the Bar in 2015 after articling at a union-side labour firm in Toronto. During law school, Caitlin worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services where she represented low-income workers in obtaining unpaid wages, wrongful dismissal damages, and human rights awards. Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin worked in-house at a large trade union and represented members in labour arbitrations.
