Daniel Barrett

Daniel is an associate lawyer with the firm. His practice areas include labour, employment, human rights law and administrative law. Daniel represents both private clients and trade unions, with a focus on union-side labour law.

Daniel was called to the bar in 2015 after articling at a major firm also specializing in union-side labour law. He completed his J.D. at the University of Toronto and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in History and Political Science. While attending law school, Daniel volunteered at the school’s community legal clinic in the tenant’s-rights division as well as the school’s injured workers clinic.
