Mr. Russo has practiced for over 24 years in the areas of labour relations, human rights and employment law with a particular focus on construction labour relations law. Prior to joining the firm, Joe worked at the Ontario Human Rights Commission, a large Toronto law firm and was in-house counsel for two construction industry trade unions. As in-house counsel, Joe was involved in all aspects of union representation including grievance arbitrations, jurisdictional disputes, and collective bargaining negotiations. Joe has also acted as an editor for Lancaster House’s Canadian Labour & Employment Law Journal.
